The idea about influencing without authority (but with integrity!) was born out of a frustration with some of the situations he found himself in in a range of organisations. It wasn't that these organisations were bad, far from it, but large organisations suffer from inertia that mean it can be tough to bring change which you need to do as part of your role.

After looking into the subject, there was little information that really seemed to tackle the core of the issue - namely how to we as varied individuals bring our full authentic sleves to our workplace to brin change?

So the material was born, and tested to huge positive response in Poland in 2023. Now all professionals are able to access the material through face to face courses, discovering the the common principles but rooted firmly in an understanding of what works for their individual character.
